The ALPHA System

The ALPHA support profiles have been especially designed to be used on any kind of flat corrugated roof structure.

WATER TIGHT: With sealed fixing screws and the unique profile design, water flows straight to the bottom without ever coming into to contact with the drilled roof surface!
SCALABILITY: The length of the profiles can be made to order. Standard length is 825 cm.

METHOD OF FIXING

To correctly install the profiles its is important that the fixing screws are properly drilled as indicated and correspond with the frame structure an not in between an empty area
The ALPHA profiles can be pre-drilled on the ground or can be drilled directly onto the roof.
Some older roof structures may not be completely uniform (for example, older wooden roof frames often found on older warehouses or older buildings) we strongly recommend that at the time of fixing to these kind of roofs, clearly indicate where the fixings are to be located prior installation.

PREPARATION OF THE PROFILES

It is recommended that the upper part of the profile be counter-sunk using a special drill for it to remain water tight. If possible, we suggest that the profiles are first prepared on the ground and then be taken up to the roof when ready.
In order to reduce the overall maximum diameter of the counter sink it is recommended to use screws with washers of 17mm in diameter and not 20mm.
